PasseParToo is a web application conceived and developped by Hakim Mabed.
This represents the result of more than 20 years of experience in operational research and combinatorial optimization. Our application is characterized by two main characteristics:
You are a small entreprise with particular products to deliver. So the use of classical transportation platforms is not adapted to your needs. You do not have logistical service and you use none exclusive transportation providers. PasseParToo is the ideal tool for you. You can then compute the best delivery plan taking into account the transportation providers constraints and costs. If the availability of the transportation providers is changed, you can replan the delivery without impacting the already contracted out deliveries.
Additionally:
- PasseParToo offers intuitive, efficient and easy way to express a large categories of delivery instances. The user focuss on entering the data describing the delivery instance, and the solver provides the best delivery plan according to resolution time fixed by the user.
- Secondly, the solver method is efficient approach with an optimal tradeoff between the diversification and the intensification. When the resolution time is short, the method adopts agressive approach to quickly find a good delivery plan. A longer time, allows the method to better explore other combinations and find near optimal delivery plan.
The developpement team works hard to provide a yearly update of both front end and solver software, which garantees continuous improvement of PasseParToo software.

The contact data are stored for the needs of authentication and the access rights control. During the trial period, the contact data are not used for prospection. These data are not shared with any other entity and not used for any other application.
The data related to the delivery planning instance (clients, vehicules, warehouse, ...) are stored for one month and then removed. These data are not analyzed and nor used. The storage during one month is just done in order to reduce the database updating load.
